Call District Councilor Lo Man Han write a letter to
TM Police station CID Team 9, Mr Pang about the report
case of AA & robbery of me , case no : 09011739
-- i) watch the tape of AA since June 21, 2009 recording
inside Siu Lun Court, 7-eleven. ii) chcek wether the
tape resolution, 1080p or ? iii) check whether the TM
Police has necessary & sufficient equipment broadcasting
the suspects in the tape clearly. iv) ask wether TM
Police has TV over 32' size v) ask for the copy of the
tape from TM Police, in case, they don't provide me
the copy, I want Legal Aid Dept. or other legal aid
from DC Lo in order to apply for the copy of the tape
on that date from 7-eleven. vi) provide the report from
TM Police of site investigation, inspection of the scene
of the crime in order to show that the mobile is robbed
by them
Tape copy request reasons : i) as the TM Police can't
help, I want to recruit the private investigator, I
must have the tape for them to find the suspect. ii)
I want to check from the tape whether it capture the
image of robbing me the mobile and whether they carried
weapons. iii) I am afraid when times go on, I will forget
the faces of the suspects, & the justice never back
iv) as I strongly believe they are well planned and
target on me, so I have to recongonize them before the
next time attack. v) I was seriously attack & injury

TM Police, Team 9 : i) let me see a photo of the scene
of the crime with 2 suspects - very blur, unclear &
small , & Mr Pang (the corr. Police) tell me they
use that photo for the patrol Police to recogonize the
suspect & will try to arrest them in the street
if they are recogonized. Note : even a child can tell
you that it is impossible to recogonize the guys by
this photo ii) I had met that suspect on August 5, 2009
on Tin Shui Wai Clinic, and report again to TM Police,
case no 09011739, but why they don't have any action
until now. So what mean by investigation ? iii) no transparency
of what they have done on investigation, & just
say 'done many thing' iv) I found that there is another
witness at the scene of the crime but threaten by the
TM Police to report further. I tried to look for that
witness & there is no offical notice by the TM Police
sent to our house management office's bulletin board
iv) no ability - can't verify the suspects' identity
until now ( no fingerprint access, no face recogonation
by computer, nothing aggressive done )

About
every year, I was beaten by a police for no reason. They can
beat you whatever they want as complaint is useless. My father
before he was stroke and sent to hospital in 1999(approx.),
a commander of police (female) send a team of CID abusing
my family at midnight(without the order from court) . I have
complaint about that but useless.That commander try to revenge
because I compliant her, after six months she had the order
from the court to arrest me and
serach my father's house and collect my telephone as an evidence.
When I was arrest and reach the police station in Wan Chai
(a surgeon beat me in a room that nobody can see) - again
I had complaint this thing later on, but of course no evidence,
no witness, and not successful.(For detail)

my experience, complaint is useless, usually I cannot provide
the evidence. A common sense is that a normal citizen (not

any evidence to accues the seven types of people, or even

Case: On 7 Oct 04, about 1:00 pm, in western police
station, I report a case about 防外司法公正 , but reject to

-2000 , I was charged by the police for imitation, there
